The game appears in a pop up window which will not launch if you have a pop up blocker engaged.
1. Select Tools menu in Browser. Select Pop-up Blocker submenu item and click Pop-up Blocker Settings. Add www.greatshot.com to the Address of Websites to Allow and click the Add button. Close window. Refresh the page, click Play on the top menu then click Play the Game. The game should launch in a pop up window.
2. If the game does not launch, please check to see if you are running Norton Internet Security. While in browser, look at top right next to the Go button for Norton Internet Security dropdown. Click the dropdown - if "Block ads on this site" or "Block popups on this site" are checked, uncheck both items. Refresh the page, click Play on the top menu then click Play the Game. The game should launch in a pop up window.
3. If other pop-up blocker, please adjust to allow pop-ups from this site.
